We are pleased to announce the formation of Deposix USA, LLC operating in the United States with headquarters in the state of Arizona. With Michael Lechter as President, Deposix USA, LLC is focused on helping manage the global issues of technology escrow and provide third party digital trust services to the global community. Deposix USA, LLC acquired the US subsidiary of Deposix Software Escrow GmbH, Munich Germany earlier this year that has been in operation since 2003.
Deposix, USA is a founding member of the Deposix consortium helping to manage the global issues of technology escrow.
